展現澳門真面貌
第一海域有限公司的創辦人在早期已看到澳門的巨大潛力,公司董事總經理張璜先生觀察到，那些被忽視的、或者是未被充份利用的地皮物業零星散佈在人口稠密的澳門半島，尤如被遺忘了的礦井裏的寶石一樣，心生錯愕之餘，亦覺惋惜。
然而，每每在這些空置的土地和樓宇當中，珍貴的文化遺產及極緻的歷史建築物依舊昂然肅立，悄悄地聖化著這「縱慾之城」。
有見及此，公司創辦人便構思把位處於文化遺址附近的未被使用物業改頭換面，並加以整合，使其成為高尚脫俗的遊人熱點，就好比著名的三藩市Mission
Street及新加坡Clarke Quay一樣。
要使到澳門能夠展現其真正的美貌，對於單獨的一個地產發展商來說可能是一個「不可能的任務」。但是借助著申遺成功的推動力，和澳門政府的進取態勢，第一海域有限公司的創辦人相信他們有的是一個可達成的目標。
第一海域有限公司立志要在2008年成為澳門中小型地產項目發展的領導者。在這目標的驅使下，第一海域有限公司展開其積極的滲透策略，爭取關鍵性的市場佔有率，以獲取最大的投資回報。

Macau Revealed
The founders of First Horizon have seen the
great potential in Macau early on. Mr. Wayne Chang,
Managing Director of the firm, was first stunned by those
little-noticed, under-utilized properties,
which scattered around the densely populated peninsula like
small gems dotted about in a
forgotten mine.
Yet, amidst all this jumble of vacant lands and deserted buildings,
real beauties of exotic
cultural elements and exquisite architectural designs continue
to live on, curiously sanctifying the
“sin city” in their self-effacing way.
What the founders have envisaged is to transform and integrate
these unused areas near the
monuments into a tourist hub of a genteel, bohemian quality,
not unlike that of the famed
Mission Street in San Francisco and Clarke Quay in the Lion
City.
To reveal the real beauty of Macau is perhaps a mission impossible
for a single developer. But
with the momentum created by the World Heritage entitlement,
with the impetus given by the
progressive local government, the founders of First Horizon
believe that theirs is a realizable
vision.
First Horizon has set its sight on becoming the market leader
in the development of
small-to-medium-sized real estate projects in the Macau peninsula
by 2008.
Driven by this vision, First Horizon embarks on an aggressive
penetration strategy that seeks to
create a critical mass from which returns from real estate
