First Horizon investing in the New Macau

Established in 1996 – just prior to Hong Kong's and Macau's historic handover to China – First Horizon has endeavored to gain a strong foothold in both Special Administrative Regions (SAR) from the very beginning.

　In what began as an enterprise of low-density housing projects in Hong Kong, the voyage of First Horizon took on a new dimension when, in 2002, it co-founded what turned out to be the most successful electronic gaming project in Macau ever – the Mocha slot-cafe chain.

　Two years later, First Horizon sold its stakes in Mocha to Melco International Development, and redirected its investments back to its first love and core competence – the real estate market in Macau.

　By adhering to its sound investment strategy, First Horizon has managed to gain an increasing presence in both SARs, while reaping handsomely from its earlier investments.

　First Horizon sees Macau's untapped potentials and turns them into reality, continually creating substantial value for investors, shareholders and stakeholders.

第一海域有限公司進軍澳門

第一海域有限公司成立於1996年，適值港澳回歸前夕，銳意要在兩地市場上佔一席位。

　第一海域有限公司業務多元，從一開始專注於香港低密度住宅興建項目，到後來在2002年參與創辦澳「摩卡」角子機娛樂場，成為當地有史以來最成功的電子娛樂項目。

　兩年後，第一海域將其手上的摩卡股份售予新濠國際發展有限公司，再度把注意力集中於其「第一至愛」及核心專長－澳門的房地產市場。
